Starting off as composer for the Tron Theatre Company in his native Glasgow, Craig has gone on to compose and arrange music for some of the biggest names in music including Madonna, U2 and Massive Attack. His emotionally charged, highly listenable music has graced films such as Romeo + Juliet, Moulin Rouge, Ray, Love Actually, Plunkett & Macleane, World Trade Center and Elizabeth: The Golden Age.

Craig Armstrong is also a successful solo artist with a collection of best-selling albums to his name. His most recent album 'Film Works 1995 - 2005', received fantastic reviews.

Forthcoming projects includes the film score to Marvel's The Incredible Hulk and the classical release Memory Takes My Hand.
